Employment Policy for Aging In Place
You must be at least 21 years old, have a valid drivers license, auto insurance and reliable transportation. You must be willing to take various required vaccinations like TB & Hepatitis B. We have a drug free environment and do random drug tests. You must pass background check and drug test. While employed and within 12 months post employment with the company you are prohibited from entering into services or personal contracts with Aging In Place clients (active or inactive), their agent, or other client providers for the purpose of serving Aging In Place active or inactive clients. Both you and client will be liable and legal action taken.

Should you become employed and voluntarily terminate your employment with Aging In Place without giving two weeks notice, your pay rate for all unpaid hours will be reduced to the Federal Minimum Wage rate per hour. Soliciting or accepting gratuities, favors or anything of monetary value from any Aging In Place client or contractor is prohibited.
